Went to booth to pick up pass but it was closed. Walked across city to Head Office but couldn't gain access to the building. Phoned customer service and someone came out to issue the passes. Not worth the £50 each pass cost. I would suggest buying what you need when you get there rather than these in advance. Website stated benefits and reduced rates to the 10 top attractions but we could only find the Castle and Jewish Museum.

This SUCKS. The kiosk is indefinitely unmanned. The location that we were redirected to was NOT open on weekends and extremely difficult to access. No one answered email asking for help in obtaining passes. The bus tour is at 10 am ONLY but not everyday. It was advertised as every hour. The boat tour also indicated frequent times is only at 4 pm. A very frustrating and beyond useless. DON’T BOTHER purchasing from these people. Lots of choices of tour operators that have customer service and actual tours.
