Just finished a five day stay at this hotel. There was both good and bad during our stay. The picture on Travelocity is not what the room looked like. The wall heater had to be on 24/7 to keep the room even moderately warm. The bedding was minimal and we had to wear our long johns to bed on the coldest nights. The staff was excellent and the attached restaurant was great. You pay a little extra to be close to the lifts but it is a good trade off if you are there to ski.

Expensive but great location.

Depends on what you expect out of the price you pay for this hotel. lf you are all about being close to the slopes and the action, this is the place for you. You are not paying for the quality of the room, it does have all the necessities to enjoy your stay. The beds are not that comfortable, the pillows aren’t great. The noise from the hallway can be easily heard. With all that being said, the hotel staff was great and free ski storage. Just call the front desk and the skis will be waiting for you by the time you get downstairs. Then with a 2 min walk you are on the gondola up the mountain. So again, just depends on what you expect for your money. I will probably find a cheaper farther hotel now that I know my way around the mountain next time.

Location, Location, Location

The hotel was 3 minutes from the chair lift, bars and restaurants. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great location, lots of potential

First off, Staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. The room and lobby were cute but pretty tight making It hard to maneuver with bags and ski gear. The construction going on at the hotel was lound and one night an overwhelming smell of bleach or cleaning supplies actually woke me up. Overall I’d say this place was fine for the price but I’ll try somewhere else next time.

Whistler Stay

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: I was there to have a CT scan, not as a tourist. We did have a good meal at an Irish Pub nearby.
Starting with the check-in things were not good. The hotel did not have adequate parking for check-in. Too many stairs in the room. Bed had only 2 ft. space to the ceiling. You could only access the bed from 1/2 of one side and not from the other side at all. The parking for the hotel is located on another street with poor access. We were finally moved to another property and given a nice room, but the damage had already been done. I would not recomment this chain of hotels to anybody!
