There isn’t enough lighting in the room, the toilet handle was broken and they stopped running the shuttle.

The manager told us over the phone the night before our flight it was safe to travel given our unique situation with snow storms slowing down lab results for covid tests (Hawaii public health also had information about extending pending results for travel due to this). This was a complete lie. They gave us the green light and then quarantined us to our rooms with no apology and no explanation. They wouldn't pick us up from the airport, wouldn't allow us to ride the tram, didn't offer any services as an apology for their miscommunication. Nothing. Even when our tests came back negative it didn't matter to them. They treated us as lepers.

One of the busiest weekends in a year, severely understaffed, phone calls not returned, or even answered, not enough seating by the pools, trams running on extremely limited schedules rotten standing water smell from stagnet "river" by the palace towers. "Service" Dog allowed on premise, and allowed to relieve itself on the grounds, by the pool, on the walkways.

Excellent service checking in checking out facilities food and dining just always remember if you're coming to Hawaii things will be a little more expensive so be prepared for that and don't blame it on the people or the facility everyone was amazing culture people beautiful experience wonderful just be prepared for a lot of walking so much of the resort to see such a huge facility

My wife and I had an overall nice time at the Hilton and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. There was one aspect we were disappointed with. The Hilton offered to provide a discount on an event under the condition that my wife and I attend a “presentation”. The presentation was centered on purchasing a property deed, and was stated to last 120 minutes. Unfortunately we were held much longer than that, approximately 3.5 hours. After politely stating we were not interested in making a purchase at the time, the staff continued to insist we stay longer to review more options. We had other activities planned that day that were unfortunately delayed due to the presentation going well over the stated time.
