Loved the location.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, easy location to find, you can walk to the mall
The beds are comfortable, the room is quiet. Easy location to find. You can walk to the Mayfare Mall. There is a wine store right on the property,we had travelled for quite a few hours so it was nice to get a bottle of wine before going out to dinner. Very helpful friendly staff.

Disappointing stay

Pros: Advertised on Travelocity. Got good reviews from other visitors.
Cons: Remodel the older building or demolish it. Ensure all the lamps work and the carpets are cleaned.
Location: It was on the main street leading into and out of Victoria, which was helpful. A car is needed to get around, however.
There appear to be at least 2 buildings, one of them being old. We had 2 rooms in the older building. One room with a queen bed was about as large as the bed itself and opened to the outside. The other was supposed to be a room with a queen bed but it had a king bed and the room was much larger, with a pull out sofa and a small kitchenette area. The carpets were quite old and stained. Light switches for some of the lamps were broken and either didn't turn on or didn't turn off. The breakfast was in the newer building and was the usual--cereal, scrambled eggs, breads, etc.

Too far from inner harbor. I thought it was closer in. Breakfast was really busy - need larger space. People were grabbing stuff - really crowded. I know there were 2 on staff to keep food out. Husband was disappointed that there were not cinnamon raisin bagels

Great Value

We liked everything except the curtain which was not thick enough to block the flashing neon sign right outside our window.

Great bang for the buck

Best of all the breakfast, not just a dried out piece of sawdust but the WORKS. Great location, clean, quiet, friendly. If you want to go downtown, don't take the $20 shuttle bus, walk a block take the bus, $2.50 instead!

Hotel staff are mostly courteous, patient, accommodating, yet unintrusive.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, a fun mall to walk around across the street
Cons: far from downtown and ferry point, quite aways from major attractions
The 1-night stay was a gift from a friend. We (me + my 16 y.o. + my 11 y.o.) were initially assigned to a very plain, single bed room. That room was definitely too squeezy for the 3 of us. However, it did have a nice writing table with a coffee maker and a microwave and small TV. Since 3 of us could not squeeze onto that double bed, and I had stayed at a different Comfort Hotel with 2 queen-size beds before, I called from our 1st room to request for another room with 2 beds. Praise God! This CH was quick in granting our request, and within minutes, we were unpacking into a much more spacious room. It had a nice, large flat screen TV. Moreover, it had a spectular view from our window too! :-))

This hotel was okay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
The hotel is very far away from the city center. The service was good. The room including bed was okay. There were more than enough towels. The breakfast should have more different choices.

Exceptionally Nice Hotel

We stayed for two nights and wish we had stayed longer. Rooms were beautiful. The staff was great, rooms spotless and overall a great stay. It's walking distance (about 12 blocks) to the main downtown harbor area but having a car is helpful (which you will want anyway to see many of the sites outside the city). For the beer, wine or spirits drinkers, there is a liquor store in the same complex. Overall, one of the nicer places we have ever visited.
