The front desk is the public interface. A nasty uncooperative clerk reflects on the whole hotel experience. Booked a room but arrived early (11:00) Clerk told us to come back at 3:00 and would have nothing more to do with us. Waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and went to another clerk. Got a room immediately without issue.

Room was very expensive, smelly and dirty, there was no drinking water and the codde was the worst . Not what you would wxpect for $350 a night
