Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room smelled a bit of mold. Bathtub did not drain properly. Outside of bathroom window was very unclean. Bathroom door did not close properly. Faucet had leak. Elevator buttons needed updating.

Pretty loud and run down area. We didn’t think we would mind but we were kept awake at night and our car was broken into in the hotel parking lot

It was close to some attentions and shops. The room was nice and check in/ check out was easy.

Linens were clean, as well as the bathroom. There was an old/musty smell in the room. There is a Dance Club as a part of the hotel, my room was directly above, so heard loud base in the evening. This went on into the early hours. If I was not there for business this would not have been a huge deal. The "gym" is not on sight, and hours available are not conducive to someone traveling for business.
