This was a super convenient location for our family stay in downtown Vancouver. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is showing its age, having been built when a portable computer was a luxury and personal devices didn’t exist. Our family of four had to search to find sufficient outlets to charge our devices. It wasn’t a hardship, but for the price, it’s reasonable to expect much more convenience.

We couldn’t reach staff for assistance, tried to order 3 times for room service and finally when we did get through they sent empty plate and not food and charged us full price for 3 meals. We had to again take 45 min to get through and get assistance. We didn’t have bed sheets

Hotel was beautiful and clean, I visited during the Taylor Swift weekend so it was SUPER busy but the staff were great!! There was a small mix up with my luggage, but once it was brought to their attention the staff fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously cannot praise the staff enough, they were great!
