I very much liked the shuttle service. And I requested a room close to an elevator at the last minute and it was granted with no problem.

What a dump. In a bad area with massive highway noise all around. Restaurant has very limited hours.

Their airport shuttle was not as advertised. It took over an hour to get a ride because their directions were inaccurate and they did not answer the phone. The facility is dingy. Office chair is room is ripped and almost unusable. Room is either boiling or cold without a thermostat. Room is tiny.
