Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your honest opinion. Yes, all had you mentioned was happening at the moment, these are to precautions while we have this pandemic. This is to ensure the safety and health of our guests and our staff. These procedures are all temporary set-backs. But our entire team are doing our part to make our guests happy, healthy and comfortable while they are staying with us. Hello Dear Guest, I checked your reservation and noticed you didn't book an accessible room: you booked an Executive King, and that is the room type you were checked in. There were no accessible features because it was not an accessible room. Unfortunately we were sold out and there was no way to move you to one of our accessible rooms: this doesn't mean our staff didn't care, I am sorry if you had that impression. Kind Regards.
