The staff was not friendly or helpful. Had to switch rooms as the first had not been vacuumed. Room not fully stocked to accommodate guests. Facilities are dated and pricey.

Friendly staff. Property misrepresented on site. Said it had gym but didn’t. I would not have booked if I had known this. This was important to me. Very tired hotel on a very busy street

Convenient location to Costco, outlet, airport, nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and supermarket. Compliment breakfast's selection is "ok". Limited parking spaces and narrow access road. Noisy bathroom exhaust fan.

After our flight we went to the hotel. Since I didn't have a credit card we couldn't get the room. They wanted around $305.00 (American dollars). We didn't have it and didn't get the room and to add, it was raining. If I had known they didn't take debit cards I would have plan differently. A lesson learned.
