Very disappointing. We usually have a beautiful room at this hotel. But we were placed in a 'side room', not the usual updated Tower Rooms. We assume this was because we booked through Travelocity instead of through the hotel. Our TV did not work. No answer at front desk x 5 tries. Walked to front desk, "technical issues". Room was shabby, outdated. 2 regular customers are very disappointed. We wont stay here again.
