From check in, the experience was tainted. The front desk was unable to adjust the booking by one day, then messed up the booking, then did not confirm the details, did not resolve the issue with the television. The rooms are not cleaned daily, “due to COVID”. It was a lacklustre experience overall, and ai definitely would jot be returning to the Hilton Toronto at any point in the near future.

Great place staff was fenomenal . Rooms were clean and large amenities were great . It's close to the airport but don't rely on the shuttle it's every 40 min
