"This was our second time staying here while visiting Toronto. This time everything was amazing. Checkin was fast and the staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was updated and clean this time. The view was amazing, especially at night. My son loves the pool, slide was closed but he still enjoyed himself. Everything is within walking distance. So many food options around the area. Great place to stay if you have kids. Will stay again next time we visit. "

"Very nice rooms, large, clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is in a great location. We stayed 4 nites. Disappointing that they only came in to change the towels once, and do not clean or make beds etc. I had to ask for additional soap and shampoo. The hotel has nice balconies with each room, but the are locked and not accessible. "

"Our stay at the Sheraton was just perfect! The staff was amazing! The pool was refreshing and not crowded at all (but the trip was in May). The housekeeping was always available and also very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark until you were ready to face the day. The price is not always the lowest when we travel to Toronto but we find we often choose the Sheraton anyway, because it is so convenient and accommodating."
