This property only takes credit cards. Despite the fact i was able to book using visa debit. I have used visa debit for the 150 hold as well at different hotels. The lady threatened to just cancel our hotel but spoke to a manager and after giving a 200 hundred cash deposit, we were able to stay. Awful experience. Im so upset and irritated

Hi Karla,Most hotels, especially within the airport area, do require credit cards and only take credit cards at check in. Debit Visa/Mastercard are made for the purpose of online transactions and bears the Visa/Mastercard logo but they are not credit cards where there is an actual credit limit to it. There are several reasons why a business decides to take only credit cards, hence, the policy is put in place. On Expedia, the information on the acceptable forms of payment for every property is clearly indicated on the booking page.Nevertheless, we were glad we were able to extend some assistance with your situation offering a one-time exception to you. And we hope that everything else with your stay was good.

Clean and lovely. Accommodated to late check in. Staff was a little abrupt but could be due to lack of coffee in them. Would definitely stay here again !

Property in bad need of repair, very disappointing for a Best Western property. Room was old and dated, in horrible need of paint and maintenance. Water pressure was poor at best.
Staff were polite but definitely not going out of their way to provide any service that made them as an individual or a brand stand out. I’ve always chosen Best Western but will think twice as our second d hotel exceeded our expectations in every way…
