Hotel offers no shuttle to airport earlier than 6am which does not work for those flying out early. Their reason is covid although shuttle drivers seem to be the only ones not working regular hours Since most of Florida is back to normal. This is just their excuse not to staff the shuttle service. Although hotel post mask use a must, this policy is not enforced. Will not stay here again.

Website and brochures promised a shuttle, restaurant and bar. Bar and restaurant were closed. We asked for the shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant and were told that the shuttle was only to the airport so we had to pay for an Uber both ways. Brochure said airport shuttle started at 4:30 am. Desk clerk said 6:00 am so again we had to pay for an Uber. This hotel was chosen specifically for these services and none were provided.

Deceiving , no fan in bathroom. Had to wait for an associate to check us in. No one at counter.
