The toilet handle was not functioning properly. There was mold in the bathroom. The lights in the vanity were out. The view was of the roof of the loading dock. The room service was very good. The food was very good but expensive but all of Bermuda was expensive.

The property needs a make over. Our shower has what looked like mold/mildew in it, the pool was dated. It needs to be renovated in a big way. Good location and the beach was beautiful. Food was also very good.

The first room I was given overlooked a blacktop roof with absolutely no view which was extremely disappointing. I went an complained and was offered an upgrade for an additional $80.00 a night. I took the upgrade and was given a full ocean view which was awesome. About the only thing that's free is the tap water food and drinks were expensive. On the other hand The food was very good and the service was great. when you book with them make sure you know what room you are booking the description was vague at best.

If you are into infants, toddlers and very young children by the boatload then this is the place. Being from NYC the food was acceptable
