Con artist hotel

Listed their location in the USA on a site and when I came to the border to explain their mistake, he said "too bad". I fianally decided to go across the border without a passport and when I got to the place the guy was rude and it stunk so bad inside that I left to pay elsewhere. Stunk like a dead animal covered in curry.

Dear Sir, as you tried to cancel the reservation from USA, our 24 hour cancellation policy states that we cannot cancel the reservation on the same day on Travelocity and Expedia, it is against our policy. Also the motel is not listed in USA, anybody can check it on Travelocity. And our records showed that you haven't showed up at the motel.
