Well upon arrival they were very polite and professional. The room was partially cleaned with blood stain by bathtub glass with finger prints all over. The heat is turned off so we froze all night being 6 degrees outside. The bathroom sink tap doesn’t shut off properly no stop just spins. My overall view is unsatisfactory conditions of a hotel.

The bed is very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and respectful. Paying for parking at a hotel is always a negative to me

A nice Hotel for Saskatoon! And that’s it! No USB charging available in the rooms! The bathrooms are in need of overhaul badly ( cracked sink, stains in toilet and tub!)! First room I was given had dried Vomit on both bed skirts! The new room that was given was okay but, I saw stains on the carpet! DO NOT WALK BARE FEET IN THE ROOM!! The staff are friendly and accommodating! I was charge extra for my breakfast plan with out my knowledge and they adjusted it with no hassle. Over Priced for where it is(Saskatoon!!) by $100 American Dollars!

This is a beautiful, old style hotel with lots of character. We felt like we had stepped into a turn of the century Christmas scene with the design and setting.
