"This hotel had just reopened due to the covid shut down. A few nights I think we were their only guest. But that didn't stop them from providing superb service. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We booked a couple of tours through the front desk. They were very helpful in helping us choose the best value tour. The servers in the restaurant were incredibly attentive and very friendly, especially Jessica (she was the BEST!!!) The food was excellent. The grounds of the hotel were absolutely wonderful. During our hikes on the grounds we spotted leaf cutter ants (very interesting little guys), Capuchin monkeys, coatis, and several different birds. Their dining room was windows on one side which provided a great view of the gardens and any animals that might wander by. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. We had such a wonderful time. We would absolutely stay here again. "
