I particularly like Joshua at the customer service desk, he is incredibly friendly, outgoing and makes me feel welcome/at ease. The cleanliness of the room is always stellar and it is an incredible value for such a nice place!

The property is located near a train station and on a heavily rraveled road. Noise is definitely a factor, but the hotel acknowledges this and has complementary ear plugs and eye mask. The rooms are updated and modern and include micro and fridge, a tablet, usb connections on their lighting, and coffee and water. Josh, at the front desk, was super friendly and engaging.

We had an appt at Standford Hospital early the next morning it was a little further away than we originally thought We will probably try to stay a little closer to standford next time

Everything was great just a few problems with cleaning staff. Breakfast was to go and was super good the things they gave you.

I think you could do better for a similar price

Pros: Not too much. Boxed breakfast was OK - boiled egg, yogurt and mini donuts
Location: right beside train running through the night
Had to book a room near the airport at the last minute. This seemed like a good value option, but ... walls are paper thin - heard train throughout the night as well as someone having what appeared to be pretty noisy "action" at 3AM. There was no way to run the AC fan continuously to try to block out the noise. Linoleum flooring instead of carpet.

Close to train!

Room was pretty nice compared to other inns. It is definitely not a Hotel! Breakfast is a grab and go box with a small apple, 4 donut holes, a greek yogurt and a boiled egg. Located across the street from the train and it shook the room!

Right price, clean, close to Caltrain stop

Pros: The hotel was clean, affordable, and close to the Caltrain to San Francisco.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit boring. Each day a yogurt, banana, and a hard boiled egg. The last day we splurged and skipped the hotel breakfast. But for the price, this is not a deal breaker.
