I had to change rooms because the initial room was dirty Well. No dirty. When they cleaned the floors they did not vacuum all the dog hair off the floors. Also the second room smelled really bad. The floors were cleaned, but they did not allow the carpet to dry and it smelled like mildew (this is both rooms. even the one I changed from). The other thing I did not like was that no one was wiping down the fixtures in the room (TV, Remote) there were still the fingerprints of the previous tenants on them. During this time it is extremely important too to this. Nor were they wiping down door handles. I know they wan to protect their staff, but you have to protect the tenants as well. The hope is that no one get COVID 19, not just your staff.

Thank you for alerting me of this. We are in some very detailed training on the cleaning processes. This is a normally sensitive cleaning for anything that is a touch point. It is even more important now. I will go over this with the team before they leave today and be sure they pay attentions to this.

The property is clean and well maintained. It is affordable and close to many restaurants. Freeway is also very accessible.

I like that for its price they serve hot breakfast buffet. Their toiletries are not cheap (Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner).
