Rude front desk staff, terrible attention to detail in the room, lord of homeless people around the perimeter of the hotel property, parking was $62 per night, they don’t clean the rooms unless asked to (we were never told this). Early check in doesn’t exist. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Hi Nicholas, I am sorry that it appears our team didn't take great care of you, I expect all my team to provide our guests with warm and friendly service. While the city has well known issues with unhoused locals, Fisherman's Wharf does not typically see the same concerns that other parts of the city does. We are always happy to get our guests checked in early if the room is available, unfortunately some times that is just not possible and why we and every other hotel has a guaranteed check in time. I do appreciate you staying with us and given another opportunity I know I can make sure you have a great stay with us.

The staff was great! The game room and outdoor space were fun and gave us something to do after walking back to the hotel each night. And the concierge was incredible- she gave us all the tips and tricks and helped us take full advantage of our time in the city. Although the shared spaces were clean, the room needed some TLC. The shower walls were slimy, the toilet seat kept slipping off, the fridge didn’t work and the carpet and bathroom floors needed a good deep clean.
