The hotel was okay. Location is close enough to Termini station which has some restaurants. There are also tons of restaurants in the immediate area. I wasn’t keen on the hotel itself. Inside the room is a bit dated. Some things weren’t working very well like the shower door and the bedding seemed quite worn. We didn’t use the very tiny elevator after being introduced as elevators are for convenience and to be manually closing the doors all the time seemed to take away from the convenience. Cute I guess but we took the stairs and got the exercise. The staff is very responsive. We had a few issues in the room and someone showed up within two minutes of us calling every single time. That was impressive.

Staff service was excellent! Problem with shower leaking water, but they got it fixed right away. Don’t like having the key card having to be in a slot, for lighting to work.

Clean. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Close to everything. My brothers plane was delayed so they came a day late. They charged him for the night he wasnt here. All that being said, we would stay here again.
