the room we initially received was so dark, I had to go outside to apply my lipstick! After much complaining we were finally transferred to a better room. This room was still dark but did have some overhead lights. I made a reservation for my son and requested that he not be assigned to such a dark room as we were. a

Good Morning Nora, Thanks for the information. We have started to update out in room lighting.

reception upon our arrival was very poor. first they claimed we did not have a reservation. then they claimed it was for three people in one room. I showed my confimation and payment for 2 ocean view rooms. After much comotion, they agreed they made a mistake and would fix it the next day. I insisted they we needed 2 rooms today. My grandson ended up on another floor that night and the next evening we were able to get him transferred to the same floor. At checkout I had requested a taxi to take us to the airport at 4:30am. They said no problem. In the morning, I went down to check out and was told they were sorry but they had reserved it for 5:30am. It was endless trouble.

I liked the layout of the facility to include the rooms, pool, and restaurants. I also enjoyed being across from a small mall to make purchases.
