The hotel was nice, but I expected better from a Westin. There were stains on the furniture and the carpet. The staff was very nice. The location was not great, I thought I was staying downtown which is close to 5 miles away.

Outside of richmond

Hotel was very nice, looked like it was only a few years old. Rooms and rest of the hotel were very clean. Very disappointed in the morning to find out that we had NO WATER!!!! No hot or cold water to bathe or even brush our teeth. We were not given an apology at checkout, they didn't even say anything about it until I asked about it. I understand that issues happen, but with this issue the staff was almost "pretending" like nothing was wrong!!! Will definitely think twice about staying at a Westin again...

The Westin Hotel in the Richmond west end is a great place to stay. My family and I were very pleased.

Pros: Quiet, stylish and attractive
Cons: No free Internet
Excellent. Attractive, stylish, convenient, comfortable and fairly priced.

The Westin hotel was attractive, stylish and very comfortable.

Pros: Quiet, friendly staff
Cons: No free Internet

Great option in Richmond

Pros: awesome shower, comfortable beds
Fairly new hotel right off I-64- easy to get to Short Pump, downtown, etc. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and really comfortable beds (with nice comforters). Probably the best hotel shower- wish I could install it at home. Nice lobby and great bar area. I have stayed there several times and have no complaints.

Awesome Hotel!

We love staying at the Westin, and it is our hotel of choice when visiting Richmond, which is quite often. We visit at least once a month, and have stayed at the Westin 4 or 5 times this year. The staff is amazing--all are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and ready to assist guests at any time. The room is wonderfully decorated--very sleek and modern. The beds are "heavenly", and we have considered purchasing one for our home. The glass stand-up shower with dual shower heads is such a relaxing indulgence! In all of our stays here, we have never encountered a single problem with noise! Room service is fast and delicious--very reasonably priced, and worth every cent! Excellent location and great price--a true gem!!

Amazing stay!

My family and I stayed at the Westin in Richmond on Valentines night. We had intended to leave the kids at my mom's house for the night, but plans changed at the last minute. We got a room with two queen beds and we loved it! The beds were amazing, SO soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night my son ended up getting sick. The bedding was ALL white, so it didn't go well. When my husband went downstairs to ask for a change of bedding, explaining what had happened, the desk clerk was completely understanding, and sent the hotel security guard up with the new bedding (since the housekeeping staff had all gone home). They never gave us a moment's grief, or rolled their eyes....anything that other hotel's employees would have done. It was great. We will definately be staying here again, I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel with a comfortable bed at a reasonable price.
