The room was clean and was up to standards although there was a bag tied over the smoke detector in the room which made me wonder how well it had been cleaned as I thought that would have been noticed and taken down. The breakfast was the biggest let down as we were told to pre-order our breakfast to avoid disappointment and to ensure there was an adequate amount. When we went to pickup our breakfast there was very little made so the lady gave me and my wife each one tiny slice of ham and about 12 hashbrowns (not exaggerating). I asked for some more and was told there were more guests that needed breakfast and that was all that was made. I complained to the front desk shortly after and they told the girl that was cooking breakfast that she could give me whatever was leftover so she scraped the scraps of the eggs left on her pan onto my plate. I asked them why there was not enough breakfast made when we had pre-ordered and they told me that sometimes people don't come for breakfast and they don't want to waste but I told them that they should ensure there is enough on hand for those who pre-ordered regardless of whether others decide to skip breakfast. This was a very poor example of customer service and I can't believe this hotel feels that is acceptable.
