We booked this hotel because the pictures looked very nice but when we got there ot was not even close to the pictures, old carpets, bed sheet had a hole, bathroom's door was faling from one side and there was spider web in one corner
But it was a very good location

The location,in the heart of Vieux Quebec Citie was great, the staff .(Slvan ,Harris _mgr,Great). Disappointed in the room ,tiny, cramped , uncomfortable bed,no regular closet,During check in I asked for a bigger room ,but because we were staying 5 days , the staff couldnt change it The bathroom was modern,worked fine. Cleanliness , they didnt vacuum under the bed/rug was dirty , not enough towels .No breakfast available on site I realize that it an old structure,but it could use some "sprucing -up'.
The Valet parking attendant damaged my rental car, However the Mgr-Harris , DID Address the matter with the rental Company and DID personally apologize to me ,Twice. I
I would ask for/reserve a bigger room ,next time .

Great Location. Staff was excellent. Small European style hotel with narrow halls and stairs. Room was very comfortable.
