First of all, please receive our gratitude for highlighting an excellent beach area of the resort that is our natural richness that we try to maintain in the best state possible. At the same time, we offer the most sincere excuse for not having met your expectations regarding our resort and for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We are very sorry that you had a trouble with a stomach, however we have to point that change of the climate, different kind of food and drinks can cause stomach malaise independently of the quality or type of alimentation, as known as travellers sickness.
