Bad way to let us go We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, first, We went one night to eat at Kusko restaurant and we were kicked out because we had a kid with us even though we asked several times and were told it was ok for families. We had to find another restaurant but the property is so big and so many people and transportation not enough, it took us a while to get to the restaurant and even a lot more to get back to the room. Tropical storm Dorian made us change flight for 3 days later, the Hotel said only Travelocity can extend the stay but hotel office only works 9-5, next day Travelocity agent tried calling and got transferred so many times and didn’t get any help. The hotel could not book us insisting it was Travelocity’s task. There were lots of rooms available, but the hotel was not willing to help. We ended up booking another hotel nearby in a matter of minutes. Palladium will not get my businesses again. Incompetent administrative staff. Most employees were great though. Adult only hotel and restaurants should be completely separate and clearly stated on maps and lobbies instead of giving the bad experience of kicking people out. Also, too many vendors in the property trying to sell tours and timeshares.

BEWARE! Unless you like high pressure sales, this is not the place for you. Let me say that I have some experience with all-inclusive resorts and travel in general. While I would not consider myself a "fancy" person, I do have some expectations when staying at an all-inclusive and I rely upon reviews to make my selections. I did that when I booked this hotel; however, it was a horrible mistake. We had a terrible experience here. The worst part of this "vacation" were the high pressure sales we encountered from the moment we entered the hotel premises until the moment we left. The vendors literally followed us around the resort pressuring us to purchase excursions and gifts. We could not walk anywhere without being approached: We were hounded on the way to breakfast, lunch and dinner; to get ice; at the pool; on the beach; at resort activities. The hotel itself will even attempt to sell you a time-share, or a "membership" and they'll invite you to a "free VIP" breakfast and a tour of the hotel and all of its services. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is a time share pitch, pure and simple. We made the mistake of thinking perhaps it was just a tour of the property since it's so large, but when two uninvited men showed up at our hotel door at 9:30 AM to "escort" us to the breakfast, even though we had told them we did not want that and that we would meet them in the lobby, we knew we were in trouble. My husband had a fit and we escaped, but not without feeling slightly threatened.

The property and grounds were beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this resort. The restaurants was also amazing .

With four hotels on the same property it is quite large to get around and know what is available for guests. Amenities are not explained well and food is not good at all. Beautiful resort, but somewhat overwhelming with little explanation of all there is to see and do. If you don’t want to get off the resort food is disappointing.
