We really enjoyed ourselves, but here are the negatives: The housekeeping would leave random toiletries every day. Some days we would get bar soap, others liquid, and three different types of shampoo. A few days we didn’t receive hair conditioner. We only received body lotion on the penultimate day, and it was very missed because our skin was so dry from the sun and sunblock and bug spray all week. Our mini fridge also had random drinks in there. Some days there was beer, others not. I found it very irritating that there was not a place to eat breakfast or dinner outdoors. The COVID 19 pandemic is still ongoing and so every meal at the crowded buffet where people all shared the same serving spoons to serve themselves food and crowded around certain foods unmasked felt so gross. I also felt misinformed because I read on the booking website that there was room service, but upon arrival learned that it is only offered on the adults only side of the resort. It is false advertising to list it under this hotel when it is not actually available. I had planned to do room service to avoid the buffet, so this revelation was upsetting to me.

Our stay was during the holiday week for thanksgiving & it was a great one. we had a nice clean room, good toiletries & service through out the property. Beach area was good, nice & clean with plenty of lounge chairs to use. We didn't get to try any of the restaurants since they happened to be booked but no worries here food at the buffet was very good, lots of options. my only complaints was house keeping seemed to come very late & the out door bars close kinda early by 6.

Labelling the correct food in the buffet. If it says black rice and then seafood was added to the rice it must be stated in the labels. People who are allergic to seafood must be put on notice

The positive things are that it isn’t too big or crowded. It is a good value for what you get. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is really nice. The negatives are that there is no waitress service at the pool. They have a lobby bar but it closes early about 10. They need a bar other than the disco that is open until 12 or 1am. They need more bars and bartenders. The service overall was good.

food was average-restaurant options were limited

Pros: not much -they need more a la carte restaurants for families -need another pool area and places to get cocktails-pool bar could not keep up
Cons: see above
Location: everything was too far
buffet options were the same every morning and at lunch. unless you were in the "adult only" section you only had 3 a la carte restaurant options -which are not all that exciting. there was very little activities to keep oneself occupied -which I guess is the gimmick to get you to pay for excursions. I would not recommend this resort
