It was very quiet and relaxing. Private property no outsiders. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The view was spectacular!

I love the place... everything looks so beautiful. what I didn't like was the way their staff treated us. Unless I speak English they don't gives any service. It seems like they don't want to provide service if you look Mexican. I complained three times and their staff apologized for. also, their extra charges after we left the hotel eventhough it was all inclusive.

I am the owner of a company which manufactures bed bug heat treatment equipment. I am also a current guest of the Garza Blanca hotel in Puerto Vallarta (in fact, I’m writing this in my new room). So I know about bed bugs, and I know where you can find them in Puerto Vallarta—at the Garza Blanca Hotel, room 4032-B to be specific. Now I know that any hotel can have bed bugs, but I also know that any good hotel will do anything within reason to accommodate a guest that finds them in a room at the hotel. Not the Garza Blanca. When I showed the photographic and video evidence to manager Cesar, he denied they had bed bugs at the hotel and refused to do anything other than change my location to another room. Upgrade my room for the remaining two nights of my stay?—nope! Cover my incidentals, which amounted to a princely 100 pesos ($5) at that point?—nope! How about at least buying my dinner that evening for my trouble and itchy bites?—nope! Although I would generally agree with more favorable reviews you will read for this hotel, if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones with bed bugs, don’t expect management to provide satisfaction of your concerns or even acknowledgement that they have the problem.

This hotel features a 4 Season Experience at a fraction of the price. The staff is exceptional and as good as Aman in my opinion. The place is contemporary, zen, enchanting. The food was 5 star as were the rooms. I would like to thank Leonardo, Jairo, Alun for making my trip spectacular. We will be back often! And you must check out Hiroshi sushi at the hotel, truly Nobu quality and the spa is the most modern spa you will ever visit.
