The staff was friendly. My only issues were that the check in time was 3pm and if you are staying on the weekend you can’t have a relaxing hot tub because it closes at 4pm! My husband and I got a weekend away from the kids and couldn’t even have a nice hot tub because it closed so early on a Saturday night. To me that is crazy even for families that go away together and the hype is the pool and the kids can’t swim for very long because they close so early!

Thank you for your most recent stay with us. We appreciated the honest feedback. Today, we decided to keep the pool/hot tub open until 8PM on Saturday and Sunday. We hope to see you again in the near future.

Most of the services offered by the hotel were not open for use. This included the restaurant, gym and don't remember if it had a pool but if it did it was closed as well. Big issue was the faucet in the bathroom sink leaked all over the vanity the whole time and we didn't notice until everything was soaked. At check out the wife tried talking to the person at the front desk but that was pointless as they were not capable of communicating in English good enough to get a point across.

WE noticed the many usb outlets in room and common areas. Nice touch. The food booths with their own screen was great , we wondered can we use to share documents with a client?
