This is my third and last time staying here. Upon checkin, the front desk would not recognize my Hilton Honors Silver status nor my Hotels.com both of which provide me with a room upgrade. The room I was given was Ocean View not Ocean Front as booked. Even with my multiple status, I had to pay to get the correct room. Once there, the room smelled, the internet did not work. The gym closed at earlier hours than I was told. The front desk did not answer the phone when called. The restaurants didn't answer when trying to make a reservation. It was a very frustrating experience. The only high note was the wait staff was friendly and nice though sometimes unattentive. I recommend the Grand Hyatt next door.
