There was no notification of extra on hold charges prior to arrival. According to the front desk, the hotels policy "just changed". It makes it difficult to plan travel when its $100 on hold without notification. The shuttle was also not being run to the airport. Also not discussed prior. Very disappointed in Travelocity in lack of notification as well as Greentree.

The website you reserved on does list that under their section titled "Important Information and Fees". We are sorry that they did not make this clear to you prior to booking. Due to Covid, we have stopped our shuttle service, and had all mentions of the shuttle service removed from that site, and all others, a few months ago. We are sorry that this information likewise was not made clear by the site when you were booking. We do hope to see you again soon.

First room we were given had two queen beds, one of which looked like someone had slept in it and contained a long black hair. Requested a new room. Second room had better looking bedding but curtains did not close properly all the way as they were damaged, lamp shades were pealing apart and bathtub had a stain in it by the drain. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection of standard complimentary breakfast staples like runny scrambled eggs, waffles etc. So nice concept with a suite, but rooms are showing wear and tear and could use a refresh/repair sweep.

WiFi was painfully slow and there was no hot water, just bordered warm. May have been the time of day with everyone showering and using WiFi. In today’s business environment, I would recommend they increase speeds. Staff was amazing and facilities were above standard for the price I paid.

When we arrived to check in, they said their computers were down. When they finally got their computers going again, our room was still not ready, at 4 pm. The staff was kind enough to let my husband and sons go swimming while we waited for our room. The pool area is very outdated with tiles missing from the edge of the pool, and both the pool and hot tub were not clean. They are obviously going through a remodel as there was building refuse through the halls. The room was nice enough, but the tub was badly stained, and paint was peeling from the walls. The AC was not terribly efficient, so it was fortunate that we turned it on as soon as we got in the room, otherwise it would have been too hot to sleep. It took several hours to cool down.

Your staff ,They are amazing!! We're here for a 3 day staycation.We had a problem with the shower drain. Front desk moved us to a suite.. He was Above and beyond great service😳🎉
