The only issue was that our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:30pm. We were exhausted and it wasn't ready until around 5:30pm. The staff was very friendly and the pool was great.

Coffee maker and microwave did not work, very trashy and dirty around property. Bathroom was very clean the rest of the room was okay. Thermostat did not work properly. They did make up my room the second day. A Lot of drinking and partying, very loud woke up several times during the night.

Rooms are nice (did a good job on the remodel) but outside is old and dated and there were a lot of people partying until 4 am or so.

I think you should this property off your list, description of it makes it look very nice place but we were totally disappointed when we arrived. Place is overpriced for what they offer and we will never stay there again or use travelocity for reviews. Dirty, needs many upgrades. Pool was so cold we couldn’t swim in it, says it was heated. Found 2 empty beer bottles under our bed. Only got 2 towel even tho there were 3 of us so every day we had to ask for extra towel. Shower curtain kept sliding down because shower rod was crooked so you had to hold on to it. Also shower faucet was falling off. Card keys didn’t work most of the time. No towels at the pool, guy would only bring 3-4 towels couple times a day so we always had to ask which they responded with wait time for next load. Staff was nice but most of them Didn’t speak English so we always had to walk to reception area. Bed were comfortable because they just replaced all mattresses a month ago. We will not ever stay at this place, I compare it to Motel 6 or lower
