"We stayed there in Oct 2020.
Room was spacious but design and furniture were very outdated and tired, including the carpet.
We had a two bedroom suite that had a peculiar set-up: When you open the front door, you are immediately in the first bedroom. The corridor that connects the two bedrooms is the kitchen. One needed to walk through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom. This was not really an issue for us as it was just two of us (couple) and we used the first bedroom to keep our bags, etc.
What really bothered us, though, was that the property advertises the pool: When checking in, I asked the clerk if the pool was open, which he confirmed. However, when we wanted to use it, there was no water in it!
To say that this was disappointing is an understatement!
We will never stay there again.
We usually stay across the street at the Ramada but wanted to support a family-run property - or at least one that is not part of a big chain. Next time we went to Penticton a few weeks later, we stayed at the Ramada where there is a pool and hot tub (with water!) and rooms with either a covered patio or balcony and the price is not much more."
