We had an amazing time at the Hamilton Princess. The location was perfect because it is in the city of Hamilton near great restaurants, shopping and the ferry dock to other points in Bermuda. They had two pools and a bus to take you to the hotel's beach. I thought this was a negative at first, but the beach was breathtaking with rock formations to explore. The bus driver showed us points of interest along the way and gave us some great ideas for excursions. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Everything was very clean and in good repair. They had lots of free amenities like paddle boats and kayaks at the beach, bicycles, COVID testing so we didn't have to go to the post office and surprisingly fast internet on the property. Could not recommend this hotel more. Will hopefully stay here again.

The property is beautiful. You have to take a bus to a private beach but that beach is well worth the short bus ride. Pools are gorgeous with plenty of seating. We went in the fall so it was very quiet and nice time of year to be there as long as you can avoid the tropical storms.

The Beach Club, the pool and the front desk staff were Excellent! The bathroom was not up to American standards,-no exhaust fan, the magnifying mirror hinges were coming off the walls, the sink stopper had to be worked on while i was staying there- and the cleaning staff failed to make up our room 2 times (in 6 days). Otherwise I would definitely recommend it!
