Dear Guest Although we are quite surprised and dismayed by the content of your review regarding your holiday among us, we sincerely thank you for making our Occidental Papagayo your choice hotel for your visit to Costa Rica. Please allow me to point out that the entire property is constantly revised and maintained so as to assure that all areas are safe and in perfect conditions at all times, the confort of our guests being of course our prime concern. Please allow me to emphasize that we are committed to an official Health and Hygiene program which includes adhere to strict fumigation control. This is strictly monitored on a weekly basis by an external company. We will make sure that the procedure is being reinforced . A have also taken good note of your remarks on the culinary offer experiences and sincerely lament reading that we fell short of your culinary expectations on this occasion; our Executive Chefs follow a two weeks menu rotation including a wide array of both local and international delicacies to cater for all diet requirements and please the most demanding palates, this is why I am sorry to read that we were not able to conquer yours.
