Toilet was dirty and brown. Tv did not work but they replaced it. Extra blankets smelled like a dog had used them. Had to call to get fresh ones. Very old style westin and very disappointing because it is meant to be a high end hotel. Very expensive for what you get.

Love the location and surrounding beauty. We waited in line to check in for half an hour (long time!), and when we got to the desk our room wasn’t ready yet (4:30), but we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. So, I think we were fairly compensated. A spa would be a great benefit to the hotel!
