Beautiful property
This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. It’s right up their woth Ritz properties. Not quite, but close.

Great Hotel but no electricity for hours
Pros:food is excellent!!
I stayed at the Hilton Lac-Leamy for 2 nights. Everything was excellent from the front desk reception upon arrival (allowed me to check in 5 hours before actual 4:00PM check in time), delicious food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful heated pool, etc. However, one day there was no electricity from early morning until 4:00PM. There was some sort of meltdown in the fuse box. This was very inconvenient because there was limited use of the elevators (poor people on upper floors!), the restaurant was closed, we couldn't use the blow dryer, took showers in the dark, to name a few. Then, when I woke up the following morning, there was no electricity again! It came on at 9:15AM. I will still recommend the hotel to friends and family, despite this very big inconvenience.
