Hello Richard & thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately when you came to check in, there was a dispute regarding the booked rate. The rate that was in our system was correct as it was verified through the third party you booked with. The agent mentioned that you could have been viewing the rate in USD$ however the rate we had on our end was the correct rate booked. I am sorry that you did not get to have a fully enjoyable stay here with us. We do hope to see you again!
