CEDAR CABIN: West Facing Lakefront 4-Season Cabin

Welcome to Cedar Cabin, a tranquil lakefront property where individuals, couples or small families (4 people max, including children) can reconnect, relax and laugh in wonderful privacy. This is a newly renovated backsplit viceroy cabin with massive west facing patio doors overlooking Wagner Lake. It is only an hour drive north-east from the CN tower.

The kitchen, main living area, bathroom and both bedrooms all have 10 foot high vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

Sleeping accommodations are one queen bed in the master suite and one double bed in the second bedroom. The lower den of the backsplit offers a dart board, a Gitoni (Foosball) table, heavy bag, rowing machine weights and a lounge area for movie nights.

Wagner Lake is renowned for its seasonal game fishing, especially largemouth bass. Lots of places to go for bike rides or hikes nearby like Durham Forest, as Uxbridge is known to be the trail capital of Canada. If you're into skiing, Lakeridge and Dagmar are just 20mins south. When the lake freezes, it is a blast to walk the lake in the crisp winter air. This is truly a place to enjoy year round!

A floating dock lakeside offers a place to kick back and enjoy the stunning sunsets, to launch the canoe for a lake tour, or to go for a dip in the lake.

As a bonus, this property has brand new windows and doors, and runs on geo-thermal, which utilizes the energy of the Earth to efficiently cool the house in the summer and heat it in the winter, helping to reduce Cedar Cabin's ecological footprint.

Welcome to Cedar Cabin, your stay will be one to remember! We're on IG as well for the most up to date photos and info: @cedar.cabin
