I liked the room it was very nice… The people were helpful when I could get a hold of someone. The two things I didn’t like were going to the lobby to talk to the manager to order room service because nobody was answering and he said the person taking room service orders was on a 30 minute break… Also I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room.

I liked where it was located. Very convenient to all 4 parks in Walt Disney and Disney Springs. The view from our room was fantastic. We did have one issue. We headed downstairs to have dinner. Was not very hungry so we decided to sit at one of the bars. We started at Bar 1521. the bartender gave us menus as we sat down. but never took our drink order. After 5 minutes of waiting (with 4 employees behind the bar) we left. Went to Back Bay Bar & Grill by the pool. Leanna had our drinks to us within 5 mins of sitting down. Food was good but the service was great. Leanna was hopping. She was mainly the only one there. They did have someone bring the food out but she took food and drink orders, mixed drink and talked to you all at the same time.

Our stay, overall was great. The room was a little dated. When we arrived, there was a moldy shower curtain with an odor, which the staff quickly replaced. For the price that we paid, even through Travelocity, I would think that detail wouldn't go overlooked. It's not an inexpensive stay but the amenities and resort-like atmosphere are very nice.

Stayed here for a week while visiting Disney and Universal. We have a family of 6 (including an 8 year old and a 12 year old) and had connecting rooms. Fantastic view of the pools, lake and fireworks each night. The main pool and the pool with the ship and the slide are right at the hotel. We ended up just using those pools since they were so convenient and never overly crowded. You can also have floats and pool toys in these pools. This is a great family environment. The walk around the lake was very short and provided lovely scenery, koi fish, a playground, miniature golf and additional pools/lazy rivers - all at no additional cost. We ordered some groceries like water and snacks for the week through Garden Grocer - I highly recommend. There are also grills on the property if you want to cookout. The groceries were delivered & refrigerated for us then brought to our room. The shuttles go to Disney parks and Disney Springs and run on time. We were able to get the shuttle every time we needed - no problem. We did have to take an Uber to Universal. The food is very good at the Backbay restaurant by the pool. Deep Blu seafood was a great meal as well, but very expensive. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area. ice cream and a gift shop that has pretty much anything you may have forgotten as well as snacks and drinks. We also utilized the Spa. It was very easy to get a last minute appt. Great Services! We would definitely stay at this resort again.

There are 5 pools and my family chose to go in the lazy river one because we didnt have alot of time and it was an amazing experience! The hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The only thing that wasn't good was the cleaniness of the bunkbeds in the room. They were dusty and had itchy sheets and blankets on them. The corners were very dirty and my daughter had an allergy attack from the dander and dust!
