    "My reservation included a pet. I wasn't assigned a pet room. The room I was re-assigned to was set-up for two people. My reservation was for 4 people. I had to hunt down extra towels and coffee cups and coffee pods myself. The person assigning me this room should have known the room was prepared for only two guests and should have arranged to have extra towels, coffee cups sent to the room."
