Since the amenities were closed or appointment only and full, and no breakfast included, I expected a lower rate.

Closeness to all amenities...should have a coffee bar for guests in the morning. Pool area needs updating.

Love this hotel, been coming here for years. However this could be our last depending on the two hotels being built between us and the falls. In the winter, you can see the American falls through the trees and the fireworks in December. Time will tell. Love the location, be sad to switch hotels
