Well we were pro missed the room deposit would not be charge or held and when we checked out would immediately be available to use on the CC we used for deposit we checked out no damage or charges outstanding upon checkout now we are being told it can take up 10 business days to return our deposit? This is unacceptable and not what the clerk said when we checked in! Never again will I stay at a comfort in

Great room, great location

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with the room. It was in the back part of the hotel (which makes it seem like the motel section) which worried me but the corner room was extremely clean, spacious, and sound proof. The hotel is on the bus loop for the Falls so although it is not close to the Falls, you can get there easily while avoiding the issue of parking once you get there. There is an amazing restaurant a few blocks away on Lundy Lane, The Syndicate, that we stumbled upon that has great fresh food and great waitstaff. We also had a great breakfast at Falls Manor restaurant on Lundy Lane, our favorite place in Niagara. Of course shopping is right down the street at the outlets too. Everything you need is right here, I definitely recommend this hotel and this area.

Nice place, close to Falls on Canada side

Very nice, helpful front desk, very clean rooms, immaculate pool area, tea/coffee at front desk. Very friendly, easy, well lit, and good price for the Niagara Falls region. A/C felt great, tons of information about the areas activities available. Breakfast available but we skipped to hit the falls. Very courteous, quick and easy check out.

would recommend

Although not in walkinf distance to the falls, it was a very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Cont. breakfast was enough to get you going.

Very good hotel

This is an excellent hotel on the strip. This is a top Comfort Inn. The continental breakfast is ordinary. Otherwise excellent.
