The water park was perfect for my 5yr old. She has so much fun. The hotel room and lobby area was nicely renovated.

The room and hotel was clean but the beds were not comfortable and the location was outside of the happening area. I thought the parking charge and additional facility charge in light of the cost for the hotel were excessive. Hotel had limited dining options. All in all this was a very average place that I didn’t feel you got your moneys worth. I also disliked the $200 deposit which the hotel still hasn’t credited me back for when I’ve been checked out over 24 hours now. There are better spots for the money. And I would suggest getting a water park pass to one of the many other spots available and finding a hotel that’s actually closer to Niagara Falls.

We had to pay for parking. We had to pay for the laundry room. After we washed and dried our cloths for 5$ they came out of the dryer smelling like molde. You can tell noone cleans the washer and dryer. Gotel looks very run down and dirty.
