I liked everything...it was modern, clean, helpful staff, good location, quiet, I had a view, comfy bed, natural light, small but adequate contemporary bathroom, A/C. Met all of my needs for a fair price.

Someone at the hotel has tried to run my Visa credit card for $117.56 around 4AM today. Travelocity was paid yesterday in the amount of $206.04 which included all taxes and fees. When I checked in they took $61.48. $50 room deposit and $11.58 for a resort fee which was already included in my original payment to travelocity. Not happy about the 4AM charge.

Hello I am terribly sorry for the erroneous authorization on your credit card . Luckily it was done in error over our server during the night audit . We use a hotel system which is called Opera . There was a breakdown between opera and the credit card authorizations. Our system thought we had never obtained it at check in and went ahead and added additional authorization . It was a computer error and we are working to get the issue resolved , thanks for bringing it to our attention. In a gesture of good faith I will be removing your facility-resort fee for a maximum of 5 nights . We will calculate and reverse before check . Once again please accept our sincerest apologies , and thank you for choosing Pod hotels. Sleep Tight .

Staff barely spoke. Rude and off putting. Location is pretty far from Time Square. Not much around it for food or drink. It served it purpose as a place to sleep. For the price it worked. Definitely no frills.

It is close to public transportation. Room was clean and small. No microwave or fridge. Functional.

Extremely handy place to stay. Close to Times Square and the Convention Center. Very quiet. Didn't like that there was no daily housekeeping - trash and towels - don't care about making the bed. Bunk beds were comfortable.
