Very charming hotel. Spotless rooms are like cottages on well maintained grounds. Loved the location. Close to Napa and also right on Silverado Trail on the way to wine country. Wifi was fast and easy to connect. Breakfast was limited, but adequate. Will defintely go back.

It was very quiet and clean. I had to run the window style a/c all night due to heat and stuffiness.

This hotel is cute BUT.....

The rooms are little cabins which were cute,but our room was NOT CLEAN..our room had NOT been dusted EVER...I had to clean the table,the tv entertainment center,the microwave was dirty,the fridge was dirty..the nightsands were dirty..and the room was not worth the 107.00 we spent there..it was cold..and the bed was uncomfortable..soo..thats my story at Napa Discovery Inn..oh then it was 10:40 and chech out time was at 11an the owner sure made it clear to us to be out exactly at 11am..he bothered us about it..akso the continental breakfast looked dirty too we didnt even have the coffee..anyway we will be back to Napa just not at this hotel..Good Luck..

Booked room but claimed to have no record of it.

Showed up day of reservation and attendant claimed to have no record of reservation. Manager offered no explanation and no apology. Probably for best, website makes it look cute and quaint but it's a dive from outside and "lobby" is literally the size of a small closet.

Great little place. close to downtown

Pros: room is little a little house with covered parking, quiet and safe
Location: close to everything in town.
charming little room, clean and private. small area for breakfast but clean and fresh food

Not what we were hoping for.

Pros: The breakfast was extremely small but there were bagels and fruit.
Cons: They could turn the air on before the guest get there so it isn't so hot, and make sure there are enough towels.
When we arrived the door was open because the cleaning person was walking around to all the rooms putting towels in. The air conditioner, which was a wall unit, was turned off so it was pretty humid and warm in the room. To keep the room at a comfortable temperature the air conditioner was always running. It was an old unit and woke me up at 5 am when it sounded like it might explode. We had told the staff we had 4 people staying in the room but only 2 towels were put in there.

Cheaper Option Admist The Expensive Accommodations Around

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: strong mildew smell in room.
If you just need a place to sleep and don't plan to spend too much time in the hotel, this is a option you can consider. It was one of the cheapest accommodations around Napa.

Nice place

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
What a cute little place. We stayed in the larger room and it was neat it had plenty of room for all our stuff and we dont pack lightly. It was quiet and nice and clean. We would stay there again. The staff were very accomindating to our family we were from out of town visiting for a triatholon and it was perfect location to head to the lake.

Only to sleep in.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: Poor breakfast
Actually this is a maybe. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and then at check in were informed that the last of these rooms was let that day. My brother-in-law was forced to stay at his sister's house along with his mother, fasther and two sisters. Continental breakfast=packaged danishes, oatmeal, bagels and a toaster. Slight odor in room was overlooked. If you just need a bed to sleep in it's fine.
