Poor customer service, spent seven nights there and two of them the entire resort was without A/C, was told that I would get refunded for the two nights that I spent with out any sleep laying in a bed sweating and exhausted, a week later, no refund!!!! They were unable to make alternate accommodations and did not come through with the refund as promised…would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Nice place to stay with my families. Food is ok and very pleasant service. My daughter loves to visit the coffee shop to grab some snacks. Nice pool & beaches. Enjoyed our vacation!
